Having worked for Margaret Sheridan Interior Decoration & Design since 2003, Chrissie Porter is a self taught Interior Designer. She has become renowned for her ability to create stylish homes and rooms with her intuitive design and flair.

She has established a reputation of being extremely approachable and very hands on –  with exceptional attention to detail.

The natural progression for her career following the retirement of Libby Denny and closure of Margaret Sheridan Interior Decoration & Design, was to set up her own Interior Design practice. Chrissie has continued to work with both existing and new clients – involving them at every stage to achieve their dreams and aspirations – using a design process which is about empathy but never ego.

Chrissie works closely with each client and draws upon her creative experience and knowledge to produce a very personal space. After all a client’s home belongs to them and she hopes to guide them, holding their hand as much or as little as needed and providing reassurance with regards to the overall look.

Chrissie has “the eye” for putting things together!
